delicious breakfast quiet spa slow housekeeping awkward situation

The breakfast had many options. i found a variety of cuisines that would suit anyone, it was delicious!!! the spa treatment was also amazing. it was so quiet and relaxing. I really loved the spa facilities.

i found the housekeeping was working slowly. my parents went out in the morning and returned around 4 or 5 pm, but their room wasn't cleaned yet. the reception staff also approached my father after check-out, claiming he had an excellent payment. this was incorrect and she did not apologize, that was awkward.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

depressing ambience room layout

I must admit, I found a couple issues . The room layout felt underwhelming. Perhaps the building had some limitations. The spaces seemed wasted, the ambience depressing. This was disappointing considering the price and the brand.
